At a Valley Verde Rotary Club of Green Valley breakfast meeting, guest speaker Elias Herrera, Director of Casa Vida Nueva para Niños, Nogales, Sonora MX, his wife, Myrna, and their child presented the overall creation and growth of the CVN which now numbers over 50 children. The Rotary Club then presented a check for $1,120 to fund two children’s high school costs for the coming year under the RISE Scholastic Achievement program.
