Imagine Not Having An Education

January 2021 – Children at CVN are shown distance learning due to CORVID-19 restrictions.

Casa Vida Nueva Para Niños A.C. (CVN) fosters an environment that keeps kids excited about their education. With the nurturing support of the staff and their peers, these previously abandoned children have excelled in the public school system. They eagerly make the long trek to school everyday. However, the Mexican government only provides free education through the 8th grade. High school costs about $560 a year. It may not seem much to an American, but for poor families in Mexico, it’s a fortune. The cost prevents many young people from getting the skills they need to make a good life for themselves. Each year, the number of children elegible to attend high school, college, and / or trade school increases and presents a growing, financial challenge

Hope For A Better Future

RISE Scholastic Achievements, Inc. was founded to ensure that eligible students at CVN had a sustainable funding source so that they may continue education through high school and even on to trade, technical school or college.

CVN is family to these children and family continues to support family. After completing high school, the program provides a safety net for the young adults. They are allowed to continue living at CVN as long as they pursue higher education or learning experiences.  We feel this is paramount to increasing their opportunities to follow their dreams and achieve a better life.
